been going to a LOT of weddings and baby showers - big blow to my bank account, and it all makes me glad that i'm not there yet :)
so here's some life lessons i had over the few days
- don't wear track pants when going horseback riding - was slipping off the horse in tahoe (he was this tan pony called montana :)
- don't stay in "trendy hotels" manned by people your own age - they can be shady and sell weird lotions
- only tip if they deserve it, went to get my nails done (this is after i told my friend that i don't get them done, only cuz mona was doing it too) and they were like: PAY NOW! btw, the machine is broken, so go to another store then PAY NOW!
- cards make people smile
- food = love :)
- invader zim should have never been canceled, but nickolodeon was crazy for letting it on - it's so weird, it's wonderful
- they shud trade in a all carb diet to a all BOBA diet!
- suits don't make me look older, in fact, they do little for my age
and some work stuff
- goin to have a work blog soon :) and a "Going Out With Marian" segment online about cool stuff to do online - tho i hope people don't think i'll be out everywhere i mention - i'll be pooped!
- interviewed groban - he says he's both really really serious and really really stupid and he listens to usher :) and plays video games
- got futurama from the movie reviewer :) they shuda never canceled that
- dat phan was an awesome interview - we started going off on this asian am trip - wuda made angry azn man proud
- dad asked why i wasn't covering the olympics, well, with only the ability to cover swimming, i don't know how useful i wud be - but trying ot figure out a way to be at beijing 2008 :) hehehe
